Our scope of Architectural services includes, but are not limited to the following:

  • SCHEMATIC DESIGN, Client consultation, design concepts and estimates of the probable costs
  • DESIGN DEVELOPMENT, building design with input from consulting engineers, review with client, presentation of Final Design
  • CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS, working drawings and specifications production, client review, Permit applications and approval of tender documents
  • BIDDING, submissions and bid evaluation/analysis, award of contract
  • IMPLEMENTATION, contract administration, on-site construction review, inspection and administration through to completion and client occupancy
