The client who is an Engineer by profession had purchased a house in what was historically known as a very affluent neighborhood. Due to the size of his growing family,the single story Shadwell property could not respond to their spatial demands. He requested a proposal that would be elaborated over two levels with aesthetics that would endeavor to reinstate the prestige of the once budding neighborhood.
